I’ve been traveling Central America for the past 5 weeks, and this is hands down one of my favorite spots. Perfect combination of flavoreds and textures. Hot meat/cold grilled veggies, hot, crisp plantain bun, delicious sauces. The chefs put a lot of care into the dish and the family who runs it is very nice. The beef is my favorite, but the other options were also delicious. Went yesterday for the first time, back again today and will probably go back tomorrow before I head out of town. Burgers are really good (beef and veggie was our favourites). The owner is the nicest man to run a restaurant in the whole of Latin America. They have the homemade vegan dressing (pumpkin and avocado) which definitely would make anyone come back.
